Modern Concept Builders started as a small team helping local homeowners with installations and fit-out work. Word spread — not through advertising, but through the quality of the work and the straightforwardness of how we operate.

Over 26 years, we’ve grown into a full-service building contractor taking on some of the most complex residential extensions and loft conversions in Enfield, Barnet, Southgate and across North London. The projects have got bigger but the principles haven’t changed.
